Demolition & Dirt Work
Controlled teardowns, site clearing, grading, and earthwork. We handle the heavy lifting so the build can start clean.
What We Handle
Interior Demolition
Gut jobs for remodels, selective demo for wall removals, kitchen and bathroom tear-outs, flooring removal, ceiling removal, and fixture stripping. We identify load-bearing walls before swinging a hammer, cap or reroute utilities as needed, and haul out all debris. The space is broom-clean and ready for the rebuild when we finish.
Structure Demolition
Full teardowns of sheds, garages, decks, fences, retaining walls, and small structures. We disconnect utilities, obtain any required permits, demo the structure, remove the foundation or slab if needed, and backfill the site. Debris is sorted for disposal and recycling where possible.
Concrete Removal
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, slabs, and foundation sections that need to come out. We saw-cut edges for clean breaks at property lines or where new concrete will tie in, break out the old material with equipment, and haul it off. Subgrade is re-compacted and ready for the new pour or landscaping.
Site Clearing & Grubbing
Brush clearing, tree removal, stump grinding, and vegetation stripping for new construction sites or land improvement. We clear the building envelope, stockpile topsoil for re-spreading, and leave the site prepped for the next phase.
Grading & Drainage
Finish grading for building pads, driveway approaches, yard drainage correction, and erosion control. Colorado's clay soils require careful grading away from foundations to prevent water intrusion. We establish proper slope, install French drains or swales where needed, and compact to spec.
Trenching & Backfill
Utility trenches for electrical, water, sewer, and gas lines. We dig to the required depth and width, maintain proper slope for gravity-fed lines, bed the pipe or conduit, backfill in lifts with compaction, and restore the surface. We coordinate with the utility trades to keep the project moving.
