What We Handle
New Construction & Additions
From ground-up builds to room additions, we handle the full construction process. Framing, roofing, siding, windows, doors, and interior finish work. We pull permits, coordinate inspections, and keep the project on schedule from the first stake to the final walkthrough.
Framing & Structural Work
Wall framing, roof trusses, floor joists, headers, and load-bearing modifications. Whether it's new framing for an addition or opening up a wall in an existing home, we engineer the structure correctly and build it to last. We work with engineered lumber, LVLs, and steel when the span requires it.
Remodels & Renovations
Kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishes, garage conversions, and whole-house renovations. We handle the demolition, structural changes, rough-ins, drywall, trim, and finish work. Because we do electrical and plumbing in-house, the trades stay coordinated without scheduling delays.
Roofing & Siding
Tear-offs and re-roofs with architectural shingles, metal roofing, or flat roof systems. Siding installation and repair including vinyl, fiber cement (HardiePlank), wood lap, and T1-11. Proper flashing, drip edge, and ventilation on every roof job.
Project Management
We manage every phase of the project: permitting, scheduling, material procurement, subcontractor coordination when needed, inspections, and client communication. You get regular progress updates and photo documentation throughout the build. No surprises.
Structural Repairs
Sagging floors, cracked headers, rotted rim joists, settling foundations, and storm damage. We diagnose the structural issue, design the repair, and execute it correctly. Sister joists, beam replacements, post and pier work, and foundation crack repair.
